Your needs are our primary concern and at Carlisle Lodge we provide aids and equipment to ease your daily routine, including a passenger lift to every floor. The public and private rooms as well as the gardens are all wheelchair accessible.
Each resident has an individual care plan with details of their likes, dislikes, dietary requirements, healthcare needs, medication, etc. They are also assigned a member of the care staff to be their key worker to monitor, review and coordinate the care plan under the supervision of senior staff, who share responsibility for reviewing care plans and communicating with outside professionals.
Carlisle Lodge is also proud to be able to offer an advanced care plan known as the Liverpool Care Pathway which ensures the best end of life care and includes advice from palliative care specialists.
