Your needs are our primary concern and at Hill House we provide aids and equipment to ease your daily routine, including a passenger lift to every floor.
Each resident has an individual care plan with details of their likes, dislikes, dietary requirements, healthcare needs, medication, etc. They will also be assigned a member of the care staff to be their key worker to monitor, review and coordinate the care plan under the supervision of senior staff.
We ensure continuity of daily care by discussing residents’ current needs during a hand-over system at shift changes.
